Turn Around Time?

  • RTS without personalization is generally ready to ship within 2 business days. Should you choose to add personalization, your RTS item will the ship in 3-5 business days.
  • MTO and Custom items will ship within 2-3 weeks.

Please Note:

  • Turn around time does not include shipping time.
  • If you purchase a RTS item with a MTO, your turn around time for the order will follow the MTO processing time.

Care of Products?

Tumbler CARE INSTRUCTIONS
  • Hand wash only
  • Do not place in dishwasher
  • Do not use bleach or cleaners containing chlorine to clean
  • Do not soak
  • Do not place in microwave OR freezer
  • Do not use abrasive products to wash cup
  • Use caution when drinking hot beverages, as they will remain hot for hours

Return/Refund/Exchange Policy?

Unfortunately, due to the custom nature of our products, we are unable to offer returns, refunds or exchanges. However, if we have made a mistake on your order, please reach out and let us know.
